A new take on the annoying amphibian we all love to hate. If you want to post a copy of the video, please feel free to do so, *as long as you give me credit* - I made this video, remember? The song is Safri Duo's "Played-A-Live (The Bongo Song)" from the album "Episode II". EDIT 17 August 08 - I am *not* claiming that I created Crazy Frog or wrote the Bongo Song. When I say I *made* the video I mean I created this montage of Safri Duo audio and Crazy frog videos. Please don't look for hidden meanings in simple words. The notice asking for credit is only because someone uploaded a copy of this on Youtube as their own without credit to me for the editing work done.

Safri Duo - Origins http://www.safriduo.dk/ The surprise was immense when the high esteemed classical musicians from the internationally acknowledged percussion duo, Safri Duo, in 2000 came out as percussive pop musicians with focus attention towards the dance- and club environment. Half a dozen big hits and two albums with global sales figures in millions later, the two percussion players, composers, producers and programmers, Uffe Savery and Morten Friis, are yet again prepared to cause surprise. Nothing would have been more easy to compose and record a number three in the same style, but as deep professional musicians constantly new challenges are their nutrition, and therefore the field is chalked to yet a new and at least as big astonishment. In many ways the album ORIGINS is the third chapter in this 20 year old history of Safri Duo. The two musicians havent made a clean cut to the past, and they dont intend to mask their musical origin. Quite the contrary, Origins is an album, in commune with the multiple meanings, which draw clear lines to the first two chapters, where Uffe and Morten as respectively classical percussionists and hard-hitting pop musicians appealed to poles apart different kind of audiences. Produced by Safri Duo and Michael Parsberg. The Original Club Mix is a huge percussion based trance anthem that is currently being canned by the likes of Judge Jules. No doubt it will be played to death following its commercial release. The Nick Sentience Remix and Serious Remix both drop the anthem theme and toughen up the beats, going for the deep and progressive approach, with the latter sounding very experimental. On the vinyl version, DJ Tandu (Ayla) drops a solid trance beat behind the percussion, but fails to take the track in any particular direction. Stick to the Original Club Mix and you can't go wrong...
