John Watson - Pequeno Albert Tradução e legendas: http://www.youtube.com/user/felipefrog. John Watson's "Little Albert" experiment Designed to demonstrate Watson's theory of pure behaviourism - i.e. human behaviour is entirely formed through classical conditioning, and as infants humans are nothing more than blank disks. Few subscribe to Watson's unbalanced view today, and subscribe to hybridized psychological theory, as different behaviours are a result of different processes. For example, no one has to teach a child what behaviour they should manifest when they are hungry, as it seems biologically they are pre-programmed to cry. Yet fears, or lack thereof, are generally subjective and often do depend on past experiences. The later development of "Little Albert" is unknown, and Watson's experiment is considered grossly unethical by today's standards. Fonte: http://www.youtube.com/profile?user=OurPoliticalWorld

Original footage ... thanks to the efforts of the whole community *) it was finally possible to "decipher" what Einstein is saying: "Now I will add a few words unprepared. [laughter] A country becomes really a soul only in consciously serving the intellectual life, and in the case of our Jewish people it was really this endeavour, which conserved the Jewish people as a whole. We would not be in existence today, as a community of people, without this continued, or discontinued ... ehh ... activity into learning and in thought and in literature." The occasion of this speech is still unknown, though. *) Thanks to rubyslippez, ElmaFudd2 and especially RuniToconillo.

Cream Reunion Tour - May 2005 - Royal Albert Hall Eric Clapton was sick with the flu when they recorded this, but when snaps into that solo, man it's amazing. If I didn't already play the guitar, this solo'd make me want to play. Also, I hadn't noticed how much Clapton's voice had inproved since the 60's, but it's an amazing Change.

He is best known for his theory of relativity and specifically mass-energy equivalence, E = mc2. Einstein received the 1921 Nobel Prize in Physics "for his services to Theoretical Physics, and especially for his discovery of the law of the photoelectric effect." Einstein's many contributions to physics include his special theory of relativity, which reconciled mechanics with electromagnetism, and his general theory of relativity, which extended the principle of relativity to non-uniform motion, creating a new theory of gravitation. His other contributions include relativistic cosmology, capillary action, critical opalescence, classical problems of statistical mechanics and their application to quantum theory, an explanation of the Brownian movement of molecules, atomic transition probabilities, the quantum theory of a monatomic gas, thermal properties of light with low radiation density (which laid the foundation for the photon theory), a theory of radiation including stimulated emission, the conception of a unified field theory, and the geometrization of physics. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sn/tvradio/programmes/horizon/einstein_symphony_prog_summary.shtml

Born and raised in Southern California, Albert Taylor performed development engineering on a top secret program which has since become known as the F-117A Stealth Fighter. He evaluated satellite system designs in support of former President Reagan's Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI) or Star Wars. During the late 1980's Taylor taught Logistics Engineering at Cerritos College, California. He has also served as a volunteer art instructor at St. Paul's Elementary School in West Los Angeles. Taylor's art work has been exhibited in Southern California galleries. In 1992 he developed two prototype computers, and started a company called Phoenix Computers Systems, which he still owns today. After a myriad of paranormal events, and as a result of a spiritual awakening, Taylor left behind nearly two decades of work as an aeronautical engineer/scientist, to author and publish his book, Soul Traveler. Taylor is currently a metaphysical researcher, teacher, lecturer and artist. He is an active member of International Association of Near Death Studies, Inc. (IANDS) and a participant in the Monroe Institute's On-line Email Voyagers program. Parapsychology researcher Albert Taylor returned to discuss out-of-body experiences (OBEs) as well as physical attacks by spirit entities. The onset of an OBE typically involves three sensations, he detailed: 1) paralysis, where the soul disconnects from the body, 2) vibration, as the transition begins to the astral plane and 3) a roaring or electronic sound. There are a number of levels to the astral plane, he said, and as you rise higher vibrationally, you move upwards. Beyond the astral, is the etheric plane, a light body realm where Taylor said he has also journeyed. By positively stating "I want...," one can control the nature of their OBE, he explained. He differentiated astral travel from remote viewing, saying that in an OBE one can be an active participant rather than just an observer. The lower astral planes are inhabited by a variety of beings, some of whom appear to be involved in attacks on humans, Taylor noted. Through his organization, Paranormal Research Investigations, he has tracked such cases, one of which involved a teenage girl that his team observed suffering from bleeding wounds that appeared from an unknown, invisible source. Paul McCartney - Uncle Albert/Admiral Halsey Copyright - 1971 EMI Records Ltd. "Uncle Albert/Admiral Halsey" is a song by Paul and Linda McCartney on the album Ram. It hit number one on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 in September 1971. The song is probably the most ambitious and experimental track on Ram, and is less a song and more a collection of melodic fragments pieced together, in a similar way to the song-cycle on the second half of The Beatles' Abbey Road. The melody and lyrics are upbeat and nonsensical (Albert was an uncle of McCartney's, while Admiral "Bull" Halsey was a World War II figure). The sophisticated arrangement, production, sound effects, and vocal treatments strongly recall The Beatles during their psychedelic phase. Lyrics: We're so sorry, Uncle Albert We're so sorry if we caused you any pain We're so sorry, Uncle Albert But there's no one left at home And I believe I'm gonna rain We're so sorry but we haven't heard a thing all day We're so sorry, Uncle Albert But if anything should happen we'll be sure to give a ring (spoken) We're so sorry, Uncle Albert But we haven't done a bloody thing all day We're so sorry Uncle Albert but the kettle's on the boil and we're so easily called away nyeah nyeah (trumpet Solo) Hand across the water (water) Heads across the sky Hand across the water (water) Heads across the sky Admiral Halsey notified me He had to have a berth or he couldn't get to sea I had another look and I had a cup of tea and butter pie (The butter wouldn't melt so I put it in the pie) Hand across the water (water) Heads across the sky Hand across the water (water) Heads across the sky Live a little be a gypsy, get around (get around) Get your feet up off the ground Live a little, get around Live a little be a gypsy, get around (get around) Get your feet up off the ground Live a little, get around (Solo) Hand across the water (water) Heads across the sky Hand across the water (water) Heads across the sky
